A Florida man was killed after running onto I-40, being struck by a Freightliner truck on Thursday. The deceased is 30 year-old Samuel Ray of Kinard, Florida. The Cookeville Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a driver who fled a hit-and-run this weekend.
