Tennessee State Park rangers have identified a missing 42-year-old man who was last seen Wednesday in Cummins Falls State Park. Robert James Qucsai III entered the park at around 1:30 p.m. on February 3rd. The investigation into a missing Monterey man has turned into a possible criminal investigation. Putnam County Sheriffs Department and local citizens have been searching for Arnold Chigger Vaughn Jr since July 31. He was last seen at his home on July 27th.
