The Fentress County Commission approved a $2.1 million dollar capital outlay note for the new agriculture pavilion Monday night. The note did not include money for the highway department. Fentress Agrees To Purchase Location For Stand-Alone ER

Fentress County Commissioners approved purchasing a building for a stand-alone UT Medical Center facility. Commissioners agreed to purchase the old Fentress Health Systems building for $655,707. Four pieces of land will be considered for a new Clarkrange Convenience Center. Fentress County Commissioners heard proposals on the land Monday night.
