The City of Livingston passed its new fiscal year budget with a 20-cent property tax increase Monday night. When the budget was initially read, the proposed tax increase stood at 25-cents. Livingston’s Mayor said an ordinance passed last year to clean up properties around town is working. Clough Wins Election To Board Of Aldermen

Livingston voters will see one new face on the Board Of Aldermen with John Clough topping Wednesday’s election results. According to unofficial results, Clough received 394 votes.
