Cookeville Regional reported two deaths from COVID-19 since Thursday bringing the pandemic total to ten. CRMC Set To Upgrade 50+ Beds

Cookeville Regional will upgrade 43 patient beds and nine stretchers under a plan approved by the CRMC Finance Committee. 8th COVID Patient Dies At CRMC

An elderly COVID patient died at Cookeville Regional Tuesday night bringing the pandemic number to eight. CRMC Public Relations Director Melahn Finley said an elderly patient, dealing with underlying conditions, passed away. Since COVID arrived in March, CRMC has treated 105 patients. Cookeville Regional Medical Center reported its sixth COVID-related death Monday. According to a release from the hospital, the patient passed away last week but positive test results were not received until today. CRMC Covid Count Up To New High Of 21

Cookeville Regional’s number of COVID-19 patients in the hospital increased to 21 patients Monday. That sets a new high for hospitalizations at CRMC.
