Cumberland County has cancelled its Hazardous Waste Collection Day over COVID-19 concerns. The state was set to come in and help collect things that Cumberland County solid waste cannot usually accept. 291 cases came off the Putnam County’s active COVID case tally Thursday afternoon. The State Department of Health discovered multiple issues with the COVID data. Spencer Long-Term Facility Dealing With Outbreak

A Spencer long-term care facility is dealing with a cluster of 13 COVID cases. Generations Center of Spencer reports six positive COVID cases among its residents.
