Celina Wastewater Employees Operated Private Business with City Resources

Three Celina Wastewater Treatment Plant employees were found to have been operating a personal business with city resources. Comptroller’s Office Investigators determined that the current plant supervisor, a retired supervisor, and a current plant employee used city resources, such as time, chemicals, the laboratory, and equipment, to perform water sample testing and analyses for their private business.
