A Warren County woman arrested Thursday on TennCare fraud and theft of services after allegedly reporting false information to the state. Thirty-year-old Jessica Tees faces felony charges. Tees lost custody to her children but allegedly continued reporting them as dependents for insurance benefits. As a result, TennCare paid more than $15,549 in fees and claims on her behalf. A Red Boiling Springs man was arrested Friday charged with killing his wife and family dogs. Tracy Chestnut and four dogs were found deceased in her home on August 10th. The White County Criminal Court will arraign a former White County Corrections officer on Wednesday.
