The trial for an Upper Cumberland doctor facing federal drug charges has been moved to September. Gilbert Ross Ghearing of Livingston faces charges for violation of the Controlled Substances Act. He allegedly prescribed Schedule II and IV drugs outside the usual course of practice. The Celina K-8 School has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after a school employee tested positive for COVID-19 late last month.
