Monterey Approves Meadow Creek Park Master Plan Contract

Development of Monterey’s Meadow Creek Park master plan will begin this May after the Board of Aldermen approved the contract Thursday. Urban Planning Firm Olin Studios out of Philadelphia offered the town a discounted rate of $15,000.
