Sparta Renews Ben Lomand Television Contract With No Changes

The Sparta Board of Aldermen renewed its contract with Volunteer Wireless Thursday.

City Administrator Brad Hennessee said the agreement with Ben Lomand has no changes. Hennessee said the rate remains the same and is consistent with surrounding counties.

The cable agreement is considered for renewal every 10 years.
