The Putnam County Solid Waste Department will be closed Friday in observance of Veterans Day.
The recycle center, transfer station, household hazardous waste facility, convenience centers and landfill closed. Facilities will reopen on Saturday.
All Fentress County offices will be closed Friday including solid waste operations, county courthouse and senior center.
White County landfill and convenience centers will be closed, as well. Crossville and Byrdstown city halls will be closed.
