Extra law enforcement on the scene at Livingston Academy Monday after school officials received news of a potential threat.
The students who made the threat were identified. According to a statement from the Director Of Schools Donnie Holman, administration worked with police to ensure the students would not return to campus. The threat was physical in nature.
Holman said school officials continue to work with law enforcement on the investigation of the issue. He said he hoped the school could return to a regular, productive school day Tuesday.
The increased police presence Monday was a “precautionary measure.”
