Cookeville police initially stopped McDonald for turning right onto Broad Street in a no turn on red zone.

During the investigation, officers placed McDonald under arrest for an active warrant in Putnam County.

The incident report states that authorities found 42.6 grams of Marijuana in the vehicle.

Officers also cited McDonald for no insurance and failure to obey a traffic control device.
