Smitty fell asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle in the Star Motor Inn parking lot.

Upon making contact with Smitty, authorities saw three beer bottles in the passenger floorboard.

Officials woke Smitty.  Arrest warrants indicate Smitty seemed confused and grabbed a knife.

Smitty exited the vehicle and a frisk revealed a syringe in her pocket.

Further searches revealed a broken pipe, a small amount of marijuana, and two grams of methamphetamine.

According to the arrest warrant, a search of the vehicle revealed a camouflage case next to the center console. The case contained multiple plastic baggies and a digital scale.

Smitty admitted to selling methamphetamine.
