A man arrested 29 previous times in Putnam County has been arrested again, this time for dealing methamphetamine.
The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office Drug Investigation Division arrested 39-year-old Gregory Howard Wednesday night. Investigators executed a search warrant at Howard’s home. They found 14 ounces of meth, more than $10,000 in cash and items used for the sale and delivery of drugs.
Howard charged with the manufacture, delivery and sale of methamphetamine. That is a class A felony. Bond set at $100,000.
The Putnam County Sheriffs Department reports Howard was recently released from the Morgan County Correctional Complex where he had served a four-year-sentence for possession of methamphetamine and a concurrent sentence of two years for evading arrest.
