An Overton County crash took the life of an Allons woman and injured an Alpine man yesterday evening.
Around 4:00 pm, Donna M. Wilson, 67, drove out onto Hwy 111 from Big Springs Rd. Wilson pulled her 2005 Honda Civic out in front of Christopher R. King, 44.
King’s 2006 Dodge Ram collided with the driver side of the Honda Civic.
According to the report, Wilson was driving under the influence at the time.
Authorities pronounced Wilson dead on the scene.
King did not wear a seatbelt and sustained injuries. King’s condition is not known at this time.
Tennessee Highway Patrol will file additional reports.
