A Nashville woman is facing four charges following a Thursday morning wreck at the 301 exit ramp on I-40.
29-year-old Elizabeth Guinn was traveling west when she went off the road and into the right shoulder of the exit ramp and rear-ended a parked tractor-trailer.
Guinn faces charges of a DUI, Possession of Controlled Substance, Simple Possession, and failing to exercise due care.
