Several community groups including the Monterey Lions Club Disaster Response Team searched Sunday for a Monterey man who is missing.
Arnold “Chigger” Vaughn has not been seen since Monday. His disappearance has been reported to the Putnam County Sheriffs Department.
The teams began searching Sunday morning around 7am. The disaster team searched the railroad tracks from downtown to outside the city limits. StormPoint, a non-profit rescue organization, searched Hanging Limb Highway, Anderson Road and various fields.
