A Livingston woman arrested Tuesday on arson charges resulting from a July, 2020 fire.
46-year-old Tracy Lee Hargis booked into the Overton County Jail on one count of arson. The TBI and the Overton County Sheriffs Department investigated a fire on Swallows Chapel Road July 6.
TBI Special Agents found Hargis had been responsible for starting the fire at the home.
Hargis is being held on $35,000 bond.
The Overton County grand jury returned the indictment Monday.
