Livingston Property Board Failed To Meet Quorum

A lack of a quorum kept the Livingston Property Maintenance Advisory Committee from having it’s monthly meeting Monday.

Chairwoman Barbara Roberts said she’s hoping to get the meeting rescheduled so complaints don’t pile up.

“We have nine properties that we consider old business that we are going to get an update on whether they are in compliance or not,” Roberts said. “And there are ten new properties, ten new complaints that the codes administrator is going to present to us for us to determine if they are in compliance or not.”

Only four of the board members attended the meeting on Monday. The board will announce a new meeting date in the near future.
