HRS Seeing Interest In Oak Tree Towers Applications

Highlands Residential Services has received over 60 applicants since opening inquiries for Oak Tree Towers last week.

Director of Operations Chris Cassetty said those interested still have a chance to apply all the way into next week.

“We’ll have enough to fill the units, but we’d like 25 or 30 or more on the waiting list just in case,” Cassetty said. “Something might happen to someone before we get moved in. Somebody may not decide to move in. You have turnover. So, we feel good with what we got, but we would certainly like to have several more applications.”

Cassetty said those who have applied should be hearing word on their application in the next couple weeks. Cassetty said residents should be able to move into the Buffalo Valley location in August.
