Fentress County has canceled its Thursday night town hall meeting at Allardt Elementary School.
County Executive Jimmy Johnson said canceling was a mixture of poor attendance at the first two town halls, and a visitation service county officials will attend. Johnson said that only two county residents attended the first town hall, no one attended the second meeting.
Johnson said the Allardt Elementary town hall has not been rescheduled. The final meeting is currently still scheduled for September 30 at the Historic Fentress County Courthouse.
