The third annual WCTE-PBS Downtown Film Festival, in partnership withthe Cookeville Performing Arts Center and RiverRun International Film Festival,is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 27, 10 AM – 5 PM at the Cookeville PerformingArts Center.
This year’s festival will feature a uniquecollection of films from independent filmmakers across the southeast United States.
