Cookeville – Kickboxing Class

Thai boxing is known as “the art of eight limbs”, and students in this class will learn the basic techniques in a friendly, self-paced environment with instructor Nikki Desch.

The class will be held Wednesdays, July 20-August 10, from 5:30-6:30pm, at Cane Creek Recreation Center and the cost is $32.
