Endangered Child Alert Canceled

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has canceled an endangered child alert for two Overton County boys.

The agency said officers safely located 4-year-old Jayce Evans and his 3-year-old brother Jordan in McMinn County Thursday morning. The TBI issued the alert Wednesday night after the boys were taken by their mother, Tanya Evans.

Authorities had issued warrants for Tanya Evans, charging her with child abuse and neglect.
