Dial Arrested For Sexual Exploitation Of A Minor

Cookeville Police have arrested a Columbia, Tennessee man for allegedly attempting to have sex with a minor.

Grand jury indictments charge 37-year-old Phillip Andrew Dial with solicitation of a minor for rape of a child and sexual exploitation of a minor by electronic means.

According to a press release from the Cookeville Police Department, Dial solicited a law enforcement officer posing as a minor during an undercover investigation.

Cookeville officers arrested Dial on Wednesday and he has since posted a $50,000 bond.
