We will see lots of cave critters and the beautiful rock formations formed over thousands of years! The hike to the cave is moderate, and we will be going into some places in the cave we will have to crawl in. Bring sturdy shoes you won’t mind getting wet, water, a light jacket, and maybe some snacks. We will meet at the trailhead. This adventure is limited to only 10 people and is $15 per person

Join interpretive Ranger Rachel for a hike to Bunkum Cave by lantern. Experience a lantern lit hike down to the mouth of Bunkum cave and learn about the history of the area and the cave! Lanterns will be provided. Wear sturdy shoes and bring water. We will meet at the trailhead.

Crossville – “Taco Tuesday” Bicycle Riding Club Every Tuesday meet at the Cumberland County Bank parking lot from 6:00pm-7:00pm. To promote bicycle riding, there’s a group called “Taco Tuesday”. The group meets every Tuesday weather permitting and ride for roughly an hour. Afterwards the group meets for dinner (Dutch Treat) at the Casa Grande Restaurant located on the Miller Avenue Bypass. The riders consist of mixed skill set, from beginners to advanced riders, young (age 11) and old (age 66) male and female. Oneida – Big South Fork Pool If Open – Presented By Big South Fork National River And Recreation Area Bandy Creek pool has opened for the 2019 season. The pool will be open to the public from noon to 6:00 p.m. (ET) on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays thru Labor Day. Daily use fees are free for 5 years old and under, $2 for 6 to 12 years old, and $3 for 13 and older. The pool will also be available for after-hours rentals. The fee is $125.00 for a minimum of two hours for up to 50 persons. Each additional hour is $50. A special use permit is required, and the application must be submitted five business days in advance. Crossville – “Taco Tuesday” Bicycle Riding Club Every Tuesday meet at the Cumberland County Bank parking lot from 6:00pm-7:00pm. To promote bicycle riding, there’s a group called “Taco Tuesday”. The group meets every Tuesday weather permitting and ride for roughly an hour. Afterwards the group meets for dinner (Dutch Treat) at the Casa Grande Restaurant located on the Miller Avenue Bypass. The riders consist of mixed skill set, from beginners to advanced riders, young (age 11) and old (age 66) male and female.
