Cookeville – Kids Fishing Derby Presented By Jennifer J Caudle June 8th from 7:30am-noon at Cane Creek Park Lakeside shelter. This is a free event for all children, ages 15 and under. Prizes awarded in each age group for most fish caught and largest fish caught. Children should bring their own equipment and bait. A limited amount of loaner equipment will be available and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. No fishing license is required. Food and drinks will be provided.
