The Monterey Amphitheater had a part of its roof blown off by Friday’s high winds. Strong winds causing power outages over the higher elevations of the Upper Cumberland Friday morning. As of 10:45am, Volunteer Energy reported 1,454 of its White County customers, all but five, without power.
