Brinkley Sentenced To Eight Years For Sexual Exploitation Of A Minor

A McMinnville man will spend eight years behind bars after pleading guilty to the charge of sexual exploitation of a minor this week.

Last year authorities discovered child porn on the cell phone belonging to 35-year-old Billy Brinkley. Brinkley was arrested and charged with sexual exploitation of a minor in July after co-workers discovered the images and videos on his cell phone.

Brinkley’s sentence will have to be served at 100-percent and he will also have to register himself with the state sexual offender registry.
