Three Putnam County groups returned home this week after a 10-day Kenya trip to establish a new entrepreneur center.
Biz Foundry Vice President Tiffany Anton said she served as a support system for Flint Global, an international business incubation network that planned the trip.

Anton said she was able share workbooks used at the Biz Foundry business boot camp to aspiring business leaders. Anton said she also reviewed tips in how to start your own start-up. For example, Anton said she met a resident that wanted to start her own sewing company.
Anton also visited as the founder of Powered By Her. The community support group connects female entrepreneurs. Anton said she worked with single mothers of Kenya and heard the daily struggles they face while still pursuing their business dreams.
