Bailey Sits Out Rest Of Titans Season

State Sen. Paul Bailey said he’ll take the rest of the Titans season off.

Last weekend Bailey made posts on social media threatening to give up his tickets if Titans players took a knee during the national anthem.

Now, he says he’ll leave the seats empty and donate an amount equal to the ticket value to two organizations: C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors) and the Upper Cumberland Honor Guard. Bailey said he’s not acting in the role of an elected official but as a Titan fan and season ticket holder.

Sunday, the Titans remained in the locker room during the anthem.
