Cookeville Awards Bid To Replace Pump Station

Cookeville City Council awarded a bid to replace the Little Creek pump station and force main Thursday night. Water and Sewer Director Ronnie Kelly said the underground station will be replaced with a new-style above-ground station. Kelly said the station dates back to 1980 and has outlived its useful life. TTU To Sell Land To County For Fire Dept

The Tennessee Tech Board of Trustees agreed Thursday to sell 0.5 acres of the Hyder Farm to Putnam County for a fire department.
