Spencer Man Included In Presidential Pardons

A Spencer man included in President Joe Biden’s first presidential pardons announced Tuesday. Bethel Cheyenne Mooneyham was charged with conspiracy to manufacture and distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and 500 grams or more of a methamphetamine mixture.
