Liberal Redneck Visits TTU Tuesday

The “Liberal Redneck” will visit his alma mater next week.

Upper Cumberland native Trae Crowder, the Liberal Redneck, graduated from Tennessee Tech with a bachelor’s degree in 2008 and a master’s degree in 2009.

Crowder’s viral videos have earned him accolades and a membership in NBC Universal’s Talent Infusion Program.

Crowder’s Q & A will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Tech’s Derryberry Hall Auditorium. It’s free and open to the public, but students get priority seating. The event isn’t suitable for children under 13.
