Monterey’s Standing Stone Care and Rehab Center reports two positive COVID cases and seven positive cases among staff.
The new data from the Tennessee Health Department one of multiple new clusters across the Upper Cumberland. They continue to be most cases among staff members.
AHC Bethesda of Putnam County reported two positive staff cases. Jackson County’s Mabry Health Care & Rehab Center has reported three employee cases.
Cumberland County’s Memory Assisted Living at Uplands Village reports two positive patient cases of COVID 19. Three employees have also tested positive. The Pleasant Hill facility is one of five long-term facilities with positive cases, but it is the only one so-far with positive patient cases. Wyndridge Health and Rehabilitation Center reports 11 staff cases currently, according to the Tennessee Department of Health.
Celina Health and Rehab Center reported one patient and one employee case.
