The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has asked the public for help in locating a wanted man.
Carl Winton Rich was last seen March 30 near the Northgate Shopping Center in McMinnville. The TBI identified the 40-year-old Rich as a suspect in an ongoing criminal investigation.
Rich stands 5-feet 9-inches tall, weighs 160-pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair.
Officials said he has connections to Montana and may have traveled out of state. Anyone with information about Rich’s whereabouts should call 1-800-TBI-Find.
