Today In The Upper Cumberland: Heroin

Talking growing drug problems with UCHRA Regional Opioid Coordinator Glen Sayes.

The drug which was more commonly thought of as a late 60s and early 70s mind-altering substance is more often seen today by law enforcement – including right here in the Upper Cumberland. We explore why with Glen Sayes. He is the Upper Cumberland’s Regional Opioid Coordinator with UCHRA.
