State Troopers arrested an Oak Ridge man following a crash in Cumberland County Thursday.
A crash report accuses 33-year-old Ryan Whitlow of driving under the influence.
The report said Whitlow crashed his 2016 Nissan Altima on Highway 68. The vehicle drove off the left side of the roadway and impacted an embankment before coming to a stop.
Whitlow suffered injuries during the crash. The report did not say if he refused or received medical treatment.
