Livingston Hires Two New Police Officers

The City of Livingston hired two new police officers this week.

Police Chief Greg Etheredge said two officers recently left the force to join another agency.

“I’m here tonight to ask to replace those two officers with Joanne Clouse and Jeannie Phillips,” Etheredge said. “They come to us from another jurisdiction, but I’ve had the pleasure of serving with them in the past. They’re highly qualified and certified officers. We’d be lucky to have them.”

The Livingston City Council unanimously approved the hires during Monday’s meeting.
