Hunters and anglers may now purchase 2019-2020 Tennessee hunting and fishing licenses.
A Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency press release states that purchasing a 2019-2020 license supports conversation efforts across the state.
One hundred percent of the license fees support wildlife in Tennessee.
A license purchase also returns taxes paid on firearms, archery equipment, fishing gear, and boat fuel to Tennessee at a rate of up to $40 per year.
Licenses are available online, on the TWRA “On the Go App,” or at license agents across the state. The TWRA offers an auto-renew option and collector’s cards for any annual license.
All current year licenses expire February 28.
