Authorities arrested 28-year-old Windie Dunn for driving on a suspended license, evading arrest, and driving under the influence.

Officials initially attempted to stop a vehicle for a minor light violation. The vehicle fled southbound on Burgess Falls Road.

Officers identified Dunn as the driver.  Arrest warrants indicate that Dunn exhibited pinpoint pupils and an agitated demeanor. Dunn admitted to using meth 2 hours prior to the stop.

Records check revealed that Dunn had multiple active warrants and a suspended license for violation of the 2005 drug-free act in Putnam County.

Authorities booked Dunn into the Putnam County Jail on a $7,000 bond.
