White County School System’s bus garage has received a perfect score on its inspection for the fifth year in a row.
According to Maintenance and Transportation Supervisor Randy Alley, the department inspects everything from gear shifts to light bulbs.
The White County Bus Garage employs two full-time mechanics. Robert Hawkins has maintained the county’s buses for seven years and Eugene Pinkston will celebrate five years with the county in January.
