On this week’s edition of Whence We Came – Host John Owen visits with Dale and Kris Ballinger one more time as they tie loose ends and wrap up life on the Cluster Pluckers. The three discuss the music the Cluster Pluckers played as it was slightly different from bluegrass, the “farm tapes” Kris made in the 1970s that reappeared after getting lost from being passed around, a story about getting stopped going through airport security on the way home from Scotland, playing for the Strings of Hope Holocaust exhibit in Knoxville in 2019.
