The Tennessee Highway Patrol has charged a truck driver with DUI following a crash on Smithville Highway Wednesday.
The crash happened in White County around 4:30 p.m.
Authorities said the tractor trailer was traveling west went it overturned and landed on its side near BBB Industries.
Officials have identified the driver as 52-year-old Antonio Neely of Smyrna. Neeley did not suffer any injuries, but authorities did charge the man with DUI.
