Mr. John Corcoran, age 78 of Cookeville, died Sunday, March 24th at Bethesda Health Care Center. Arrangements for Mr. Corcoran are incomplete.

Funeral services for Betty Ann Pharris, age 79, of Cookeville will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Presley Funeral Home with Bro. Don Agee officiating. Interment will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Betty Ann passed from this life peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Thursday, March 21, 2019. She was born in Jackson County on November 28, 1939 to the late Drurie Washington Givens and Velma Dale Sircy Givens. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved son, David Sherrill Pharris, her older brother, Junior Givens and younger sister, Robbie June Franklin. Betty Ann is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Fred Sherrill Pharris of Cookeville; her daughters, Kathy (Jimmy) Jones of Baxter, Judy (Robert) Chatman of Cookeville, and Loretta (Doug) Joyce of Algood; grandchildren, Brooke (Jeremy) Fleenor of Double Springs, Ashley (Daniel) Ballard of Baxter, James Warren (Bridget) Jones of Baxter, Christy (Richard) Underwood of Sparta, Heather (T.J.) Picard of Crossville; her sister, Joanne Glover of Chestnut Mound; brother, Jimmy Givens (Mary Ruth) of Smith County, and brother in law, Ray Pharris (Paulette) of Sparta. The family will receive friends Monday, March 25 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, and again Tuesday 9:00 am until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Clark Was Born On March 10, 1957, In Monterey, Tennessee, To The Late Thomas Clark And Delva Bilbrey Clark Melton. Mr. Clark Passed Away On Friday, March 22, 2019, At The Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mr. Clark Was Owner/Operator Of Glen Clark Mobile Home Transport. He Was Of The Baptist Faith. He Is Survived By His Wife, Debbie Fox Clark Of Cookeville, TN; 2 Daughters, Jenni Clark Of Cookeville, TN, Nikki Clark Of Murfreesboro, TN; Son And Daughter-In-Law, Michael And Jessica Clark Of Cookeville, TN; 3 Sisters And A Brother-In-Law, Shelia Bilbrey Of Cookeville, TN, Freda Adkins Of Dalton, GA, Sherry And Jay Pratt Of Dalton, GA; Brother And Sister-In-Law, Marion And Glenda Clark Of Monterey, TN; Stepsisters, Patty Tayes Of Monterey, TN, Pam Sullins Of Monterey, TN; Stepbrother, Laddie (And Brenda) Wilson Of Gallatin, TN; And A Host Of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends And Family. Funeral Services for Mr. Jeff Walker, age 46 of Livingston, will be conducted Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at 2 P.M. from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston. Bro. Mark Neely will officiate. Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Monday evening from 5 to 9 P.M. at Speck Funeral Home. Jeff passed from this life on Saturday morning, March 23, surrounded by his loving family from the comfort of his own home. He was born on April 18, 1972, to Wanda Walker and the late Junior Walker. Jeff loved drawing, listening to classic rock, spending time with his family, and being with his son, Levi.

Mrs. Blaylock Was Born On December 22, 1939, In Livingston, Tennessee, To The Late John And Genivia Honeycutt Phipps. Mrs. Blaylock Passed Away On Saturday, March 23, 2019, At The Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Blaylock Was A Factory Worker. She Was A Member Of One-Eleven Fellowship In Rickman, Tennessee. She Is Survived By Her Sister, Anna Fay White Of Monterey, TN; 2 Brothers And Sisters-In-Law, Clifford And Sara Phipps Of Algood, TN, Danny And Janice Phipps Of Monterey, TN; 3 Step Sons, Timothy Blaylock Of Crossville, TN, Terry Blaylock Of Crossville, TN, Greg (And Sue) Blaylock Of Crossville, TN; And Several Other Family Members And Friends. In Addition To Her Parents, She Was Preceded In Death By Her Husband, James Edward (Jim) Blaylock; And A Brother, Randle Phipps. Pastor Elijah Smith Will Officiate With Interment To Follow In The Welch Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Cooper Was Born On January 9, 1956, In Monterey, To The Late Claude And Beulah Vaughn Cooper. Mr. Cooper Passed Away On Sunday, March 24, 2019, At His Brother’s Home. Mr. Cooper Worked With McCord, Stillmans, Cumberland Container, Delbar And With Putnam County Sherriff’s Department. He Was A 1975 Graduate Of Rickman High School. He Is Survived By, 5 Sisters And 3 Brothers-In-Law, Wanda And Larry Lane Of Monterey, Judy Dial Of Rickman, Vicky And Benny Presley Of Monterey, Dimple And Jim Kollmorgen Of Monterey, Debbie McCormick Of Monterey; 1 Brother, Billy Cooper Of Monterey; 1 Brother-In-Law, Bobby Beaty Of Rickman; Several Nieces, Nephews And Other Family Members. In Addition To His Parents, He Was Preceded In Death By 2 Sisters, Sandy Beaty And Connie Smith; 2 Brothers-In-Law, Roger Dial And Marson McCormick; And Niece, April Nicole Hinson. A Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Gary Levon Seibers, age 67 of Quebeck, will be held from 10am until 2pm on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Quebeck Community Center. Gary passed away Sunday, March 10, 2019 at NHC in Sparta. He was born November 5, 1951 in Sparta. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Lee and Mable Bernice Hutson Seibers; sisters, Etta Ruth Seibers Dailey and Linda Frank Seibers Smart. He is survived by: Sons- Gary Levon Seibers Jr. (Bobbie) of Sparta, Steven Seibers of Sparta, Jamie Seibers of Sparta; Several granchildren also survive; Brothers- Harold Seibers of Quebeck, Carl Seibers of Sparta, Jerry Seibers (Betty) of Walling, Dwight Seibers (Helen) of Quebeck, Troy Seibers of Quebeck; Sisters- Joyce Matheney of Sparta, Anna Seibers of Livingston, Rhonda Seibers of Quebeck. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
