Rebecca Yvonne Bartlett Milner, age 89 of Sparta, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2019, at Life Care Center of Sparta. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.

Graveside Memorial Services For Leva Blaylock, Age 95 Of Monterey, Tennesseee Will Be Conducted At 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 20, 2019 At The Honey Springs Cemetery In Crawford, TN. Rev. Bobby Floyd And Rev. Danny Allen Will Officiate. Mrs. Blaylock Passed Away On Friday, April 12, 2019, At The Standing Stone Care And Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Blaylock Was Born On October 25, 1923, In Crawford, Tennessee, To The Late Dewey And Myrtle Pierce Hargis. Mrs. Blaylock Was A Homemaker And Factory Worker. She Had Worked With Monterey Hosiery Mill, Ely And Walker And Appalachian. She Was Of The Baptist Faith.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Judy Ann Johnson Padgett, age 71, of Livingston will be conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, April 20, 2019 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Bro. Craig Green will officiate. Burial will follow in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Judy passed from this life on Monday, April 15, 2019 from the Vanderbilt Medical Center. She was born in Overton County to the late Milburn & Tina Johnson. Judy was an LPN for Livingston Regional Hospital for many years. She loved her husband, children and grandchildren dearly. Judy enjoyed thrift stores all over Tenneessee. She loved yard sales, painting, writing songs, church and being a Sunday School Teacher for many years. Judy leaves behind her loving husband, Hoyt Padgett of Livingston; daughters, Holly Padgett of Cookeville, and Katie Ledbetter & husband Nick of Rickman; grandchildren, Eli Kirk, Sam Kirk & wife Candace, Hannah Kirk, Conner Kirk, and Cajun Ledbetter; great grandson, Benjamin Kirk; brother, R.L.Johnson & wife Jonesetta of Allons; sisters, Mary Jo Denton & husband Hal of Cookeville, and Betty Copeland of Rickman. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her brother, Art Johnson. The family will welcome friends on Friday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mr. Robert “Bobby” Elkins, 87, of Gainesboro, will be held at 1 P.M. on Saturday, April 20, 2019, at Anderson – Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community. He passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born October 20, 1931, in Gainesboro, to the late Bill Elkins and Lena Elkins. He was married to the late Mildred Lee Smallwood Elkins. He did janitorial work, and was a member of the Church of Christ. He also served in the U.S. Army. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Charles Elkins and Billy Elkins; and 3 Sisters: Christine Cunningham, Elizabeth Young, and Jean Brown. Survivors include 1 Daughter: Shirley Wade (Jackie) Mathis of Gainesboro; 3 Grandchildren: Shanna Mathis (John) Anderson, Jeremy Mathis, and Joshua Mathis, all of Gainesboro; 4 Great Grandchildren: Titus (Brettianee) Anderson, Elijah Anderson, Norah (Jon) Ledbetter, and Levi Anderson; 1 Great Great Grandson: Silas Walker Anderson; and Nephew: Ben (Donna) Young of Gainesboro, and other nephews and niece in Michigan. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 P.M. – 8 P.M., and Saturday from 10 A.M. until time of services. Memorial donations may be made to the Pharris Cemetery Fund by contacting the funeral home.

Funeral services for Dennis A. Gambrell, 78 of Cookeville, will be held Monday, April 22, 2019 beginning at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery with Full Military Honors by the Veterans Honor Guard. Dennis passed from this life Thursday, April 18, 2019, at his home in Cookeville. He was born Saturday, July 6, 1940, in Brentwood. He was the son of the late William and Lillian (Hensley) Gambrell. He was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather and friend to all that knew him. He was an Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam Era. He was a Lay Speaker who loved to teach the Bible and collect books. He loved spending time with his family and watching his children and grandchildren play sports. He is survived by his Wife of 56 years Sylvia (Apple) Gambrell. In addition to his wife he is survived by: 1 Daughter and Son-in-law: Suzanne and Michael Bartlett of Cookeville; 2 Sons: Stephen Gambrell of Cookeville, Timothy Gambrell of Chattanooga; 7 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren; 1 Sister and Brother-in-law: Patricia and Rick Murphy of Dayton, OH; 1 Brother and Sister-in-law: Michael “Tony” and Debbie Gambrell of Dayton, OH; 2 Special Brothers-in-law: Ted Apple and Lewis Apple of Cookeville; A Host of Nieces and Nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 2 Brothers: James “Buddy” and William Dale Gambrell. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, April 22, from 11:00 AM until time of service at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation.

Celebration of Life for Arlin “Al” J Conradi, 85 of Baxter, will be held Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 2:00 pm in the Multipurpose room of TRINITYalgood, 205 W Wall St, Cookeville, TN 38506. Al passed from this life on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center surrounded by his family and friends. Al was born August 9, 1933, in Homestead, Oklahoma to the late Carl and Martha (Winter) Conradi. Al was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved the Lord and you could often find him serving at the Outreach Center of Trinity Assembly of Algood. Al was an avid football fan, especially the the University of Tennessee and the Tennessee Titans. He loved to fish and to camp out. Al is survived by: Wife: Pat Conradi; 2 Children: Sally and Nelson Minton, and Roger and Angela Conradi; 2 Grandsons: Joshua and Steven Minton; 2 Granddaughters: Rachel and Emma Conradi; Sister: Marty Prickett. In addition to his parents, Al was preceded in death by 2 Sisters, Doris Duncan, and Carol Meyer. Visitation with the family will be held Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm in the Multipurpose room of TRINITYalgood, 205 W Wall St, Cookeville, TN 38506.
