Following the fatal shooting at a high school in Florida Wednesday, the McMinnville Police Department and Warren County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting an active shooter awareness and intervention program next month.
The event will be held Monday, March 5th at 6:00 p.m. at the Warren County High School auditorium.
The program will be presented by Lt. Ben Cantrell of the McMinnville Police Department. The intent is to learn how to intervene, prevent and respond during an active shooter incident.
