Power restoration resumes this morning across Dekalb, Cumberland and White Counties after Sunday morning thunderstorms.
The number of homes without power in Cumberland County has been reduced to 1196, according to Volunteer Energy. The biggest area of power outages stands along highway 70 between Crossville and the White County line. On the other side of the line in White County, 855 homes remain without power Monday morning.
Volunteer Energy reports Putnam County homes without power are below 100.
